The commercial objective must always be the starting point for any discussion, but then be objectively considered in the context of the wider market context and the current operating process of the organisation. We deploy many well known business consulting tools to assist us, but promise that we will keep the Venn diagrams to a minimum.
Where possible,What’s more we focus on delivering competitive advantage and results quickly via insight, often within the quarter, not the financial year. Then, having proven our this ability to add value, we continue to ideally work with clients on the longer term business planning - making the ‘from insight to action’ approach part of annual sales and marketing strategy.
